I am writing this letter of recommendation for Alex Chavez, Executive Chef. Alex spoke at our
8th annual Diabetes Conference on October 23rd 2010 to an audience of over 100. Evaluations
from the conference revealed that participants rated his presentation highly (60 of those
responding rated him with a 5 out of 5). He brought his energetic and positive energy to our
conference and the audience enjoyed his humor. We would not hesitate to ask him back for
future events.
